Raidts delivers meals daily to nurseries, schools and households in the region. Orders, menus, delivery lists and billing ran through a sprawl of Excel files. That works, but it costs manual effort every week.

The task
A six-week menu cycle, orders from institutions and private households, daily delivery lists for the drivers and the billing at month end: all in separate Excel files, all maintained by hand.
The solution
One system that connects all the parts. Customers order themselves in the portal, the order deadline runs automatically. Kitchen and administration see all the figures in one place. Delivery lists and billing are generated from the order data, with no retyping.
