Your processes in detail, on site. Sometimes the answer is: no software needed.
Analysis on site, then a solution that fits, then personal support. AI comes in where it saves time, not for its own sake. On site means: in Rottenburg, Tübingen, Horb and the surrounding area.

First clickable version in days. After that we adjust it until it works in everyday use.
Reachable directly, no ticket system. You talk to the person who built it.
Three places where it pays off in practice. Everything else is handled by conventional technology.
Invoices, delivery notes, forms: the figures land in the system instead of being retyped.
AI drafts for recurring enquiries. You check and send instead of typing from scratch.
Incoming items attach to the right customer and job automatically. Less searching, fewer mistakes.
In most businesses the tied-up time sits in one or two of these areas. Which ones, the analysis shows — not a product catalogue.
First call and analysis are free. A 30-minute conversation, then — if it fits — two to four hours at your premises. I do not charge for that, not even in part if no project comes out of it.
After that, a fixed price for a fixed scope. No open-ended timesheet. You should know up front what it costs. If the scope changes along the way, that gets discussed beforehand rather than billed afterwards.
Running costs are in the quote. Hosting and any services used cause monthly costs. I name them concretely before you sign.
I earn nothing on licences. No commission from software vendors. If an off-the-shelf product for thirty euros a month solves your problem, I will tell you — even though I earn nothing from it.
You can get a first ballpark without talking to me: the potential check works out in five minutes roughly how many hours a week are likely tied up in your business.
I do not build anything you could not run without me. Data, access and documentation belong to you. I build on widely used technology so that another developer could take over if needed. A working relationship should last because it works, not because leaving would be too expensive.
I also do not change everything. In most projects the largest part of your process stays as it is. What gets changed is the specific point where time is lost. Everything else costs money and nerves without a return.
And I do not use AI because it sounds good. In most places simpler technology is more reliable and cheaper. More on that in the frequently asked questions.
